Reservations and Cancellation Policy

Please email us at info@goatriverbnb.com with the dates and number of nights you would like to stay with us and we will get back to you with the availability.

A Credit Card with expiration date is required to make and  guarantee a reservation.

All your information is kept strictly confidential.

Your credit card will not be charged until check-out, except in the case of a cancellation.

At the time of check-out you may choose another form of payment. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and Master Card.

Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 5 days before the reservation date. Cancellations made within 5 days of the reservation are subject to a $25.00 booking fee charged on the Credit Card obtained at the time of reservation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation are charged at 100% of the room rate for one night to the Credit Card used to hold the reservation. If the reservation is for multiple nights, the remaining nights are considered null and void.

Check-in time is after 4pm.

Check-out time is prior to 11am.

Smoking is not permitted inside any buildings.

For the comfort of all guests, we have a no pet policy.
